Refund policy

Exchanges are permitted in the event of an error on our part. To initiate an exchange, please provide proof of purchase. Kindly contact our customer service at info@monetsociety.com. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please note that exchanged items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. Additionally, we will notify you once the exchanged item has been shipped, along with your tracking number.

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your hair extensions. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Return: You may return your hair extensions within 14 days of purchase. The hair must be in its original, unused condition and cannot have been worn or damaged.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@monetsociety.com to receive a return authorization. 

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned hair in our possession, we will process your refund within 2-3 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn, opened, or damaged are not eligible for return.
